This is of the original announcement of Azure back at PDC 2008. I'd be happy to provide an updated graphic. The only currently accurate aspect of the picture is Windows Azure 
There are three primary components:
Windows Azure - core OS, including compute and scalable storage
SQL Azure - relation database in the cloud
WIndows Azure AppFabric - (new name for .NET Services) and including the Service Bus and Access Control Service
Live Services, SharePoint Services and Dynamics CRM Services are part of the overall Microsoft cloud strategy but not included as a part of the Azure platform.
