Yes, obviously I am aware of this.
The framework is moving quicker than the book in places and I only do periodic updates to ensure I dont constantly waste my time

Hi there,
It's not ScaMogno anymore, its Lift Mongo, but yes, it's now in the book (soon to me in MEAP but already written).
