Completed book on sale yet?

Hi Paul,

I discovered your book while reading an article from SmashingMagazine (http://www.smashingmagazine.com/2009/02/10/10-harsh-truths-about-corporate-websites/), in section 3. On your website (http://boagworld.com/websiteownersmanual/), it appears we can purchase the book on Early Access (both the eBook and the printed book).

I am wondering if your book is already completed. It appears the last post was back in December, so I am assuming it is completed because it is available on Amazon.com (http://www.amazon.com/Website-Owners-Manual-Paul-Boag/dp/1933988452/ref=sr_11_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1234468966&sr=11-1) and Amazon.co.uk (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Website-Owners-Manual-Paul-Boag/dp/1933988452/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1234469210&sr=8-1). I would like to buy both the eBook and the Paperback, but Amazon only sells the Paperback version. Please let me know.
