Dear authors,
It would be helpful, if you post for your source build files (in case you are using Ant) or pom files (in case you are using Maven 2).

Yes the source code does not seem to have pom or build file. Really need one. In particular, the following part gets me: the source code has WEB-INF\classes directory. How can one merge this classes with the "classes" directory that maven / ant creates?
